Verifiable evidence for your document approvals.

Internal reports, statements and technical documentation follow defined approval processes. ExtraProof adds signed session data and a comparison of the file version under review.

01

Clear requirements for each document type.

Define which documents require a record and which tools are permitted. Keep the applicable policy and its version with the case. Reviewers can then assess the technical findings in the right context.

02

Create, verify, approve.

The author exports the record and the bound file. A reviewer checks integrity and file association. The subsequent substantive approval refers to that exact version. The document and finding remain within your existing document process.

  • Assign responsibility for writing, technical review and approval.
  • Document exceptions and the reasons for decisions.
  • Limit access and retention according to role and purpose.

03

Align the deployment with your environment.

For institutional use, we establish the user group, identity binding, key management and handover to your systems. SSO, DMS interfaces and organisation-wide policies are specific integration requirements. The agreed scope follows your process.

04

Session data for a defined purpose.

Capture begins with a deliberately started session. Use the data for the agreed evidence purpose and explain its scope to everyone involved. Activity counts and pauses are not a suitable basis for productivity rankings.
