Exam · Assessment providers

Written assessments with traceable session data.

An assessment needs clear rules and a traceable submission process. ExtraProof documents the writing session and supports comparison of the submitted file. The assessment provider considers the finding within its own procedure.

01

Before the assessment: define the conditions.

Specify permitted applications, tools and the required capture scope. A technical trial establishes permissions and compatibility with assistive technology. Also define how participants continue working and demonstrate their performance if a device fails.

02

At submission: establish the file version.

Participants finish their session and bind the submitted file. The record accompanies that version. Reviewers check integrity, file comparison and visible interruptions. The established submission process associates the record with the assessment.

03

Interpret technical findings in context.

A capture gap is initially a technical finding. The provider establishes its cause and assesses it under the rules published in advance. Identity checks, supervision and decisions about rule breaches have their own responsibilities.

  • Record assessment rules and exceptions in writing.
  • Include reasonable adjustments in the procedure.
  • Document explanations and additional evidence transparently.
